Thank you for shopping with The World Futsal Shop, a retail brand owned and operated by Futsal TA, LLC.
Because all products are made-to-order through our production partner Dynamic Team Sports, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do allow exchanges under the guidelines below.
Eligible Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect size (unused and unworn items)
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipping
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Personalized items (unless defective)
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Final-sale items
How to Request an Exchange
Email support@futsalta.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange
- Photos (if applicable)
Shipping Costs
Customers cover the cost of shipping returned items.
Replacement items ship free once approved.
Exchange Production Time
All exchanges follow the same production timeline as new orders:
- 2–4 weeks through Dynamic Team Sports.
